23 Nov 2008. Day 2 of our family holiday in Penang.
We went to the Penang Adventist Hospital for the Children's Day Celebration.

Nancy, who invited us to the event. Nancy is Marilyn's former boss in MBf. thanks for the invite Nancy.
After the Children's Day celebration, we went to the Colonial Restaurant on Armenian Street for delicious Hainanese Loh Mee.
We did some sightseeing, Fort Cornwallis, located on Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah, next to Padang Esplanade. Too bad it was closed on Sunday.

Tea time at Lam Heng Cafe, on Jalan Macalister. We had the famous Sister's Char Koay Teow. Indeed the Char Koay Teow was superlious delicious. We also ordered a yam cake, chicken feet with mushroom and otak-otak.
Stopped at Ghee Hiang on Jalan Macalister to buy some biscuits.
We checked into the Copthorne Orchid Hotel along Jalan Tanjong Bungah. Pictures taken from room, para-sailing.

Our dinner at Gurney Drive. We parked at Gurney Plaza and walked over to the Gurney Drive hawker center. We had asam laksa, ocen and wan ton mee.
After dinner, we back to the hotel. End of day 2 in Penang.
