The statutory declaration by the doctor who initially examined Saiful Azlan Bukhari should suffice for the prosecution to drop the sodomy charge, said PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim today.
"Contents of the statutory declaration clearly shows that the doctor was forced to fabricate evidence...
