PUTRAJAYA: Some restaurants are still charging the service tax although only 435 premises nationwide are still eligible to impose the 5% tax since the government raised the sales threshold to RM3mil on July 1.
...the public could go to the department’s website to check the restaurants which still have the licence to charge service tax....
