Price of a plate of char kueh teow in Seaview Restaurant, PJ? RM3.80. It is served on banana leaf. Overall for me on a scale of 1-5, I give it a 3.


I rather have this dish @ O&S in Paramount PJ or the old Chow Yang kopi shop in SS2.
