This morning I was surprise to see a telephone set on my desk, in fact, all my colleagues got a telephone set on their desk. This is after much aches and pain in using the VOIP phone installed on our pc or notebook since we moved to the new office.The phone is still connected via our network / VOIP but not via the software. Hopefully this will solve our phone headache problems. No more using the earphone/mic, it was hurting my ears. The people's (that is my colleagues and me) voices have been heard and changes made, hurray!
A VOIP Analog Telephone adapter is used to connect the phone and our pc/notebooks to the LAN.
