This sudden acceleration apparently resulted in the police personnel thinking that the driver wanted to ram his vehicle into the FRU line and plainclothes officers then surrounded the vehicle. [please think again]

“The officer said the driver had run down one of their men and was acting aggressively. 'So we acted aggressively as well. He asked for it',” he said. [an eye for an eye?]

Asked whether he could recognise any of the officers he spoke to, Syed Jaymal said he could not as “at that time, they all looked the same.” [yes with the same uniform and all wearing helmets, they will look the same. I wonder if they have their names on the uniforms]
