Finally Installing Normal Phone Lines

Since we moved into the new office in February, we had problems with our phone system ,via VOIP. No sound, can't hear the other person, can't transfer...

Finally today, now it is May, 3 months later, the contractors are here to install normal phone lines in the office.

As a service center, supporting Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, HK, Singapore and Malaysia it does not make sense to not have a good phone system. Slow response to fix the problem, only after the countries complain about our phone system.
