I believe the ferry service in Penang can be a tourist attraction and a better alternate mode of transportation if the service is upgraded, continues to be affordable, sticks to schedule, safe, clean and comfortable and to provide a convenient way to get to and from the the ferry terminals via efficient bus and taxi service, other than the management shake up as mentioned by the CM.It is a historical icon, as the ferry service is the oldest ferry service in Malaysia, it began operation in 1920.
