How do they know your SimCard? Isn't it suppose to be a mobile number, instead of SimCard. There is no mention of who you are, just your SimCard. Mmmm, maybe your SimCard is secretly talking to Petronas Mlsy :-p
If you have won something, it would be an official announcement from Petronas instead of a "mysterious" SMS.
