I went to the shop opposite Seaview Restaurant just now. Had a plate of dry pan mee. It cost me only RM3.20. The dish was nice.
Prices in this shop has not increase as those stalls at Seaview. E.g. a plate of small wan ton mee at Seaview is RM4.00 up 20cents recently, while the opposite stall, the price is still RM3.80.
