'Malay Mail' to be political sheet (From Malaysia-Today)

(The Malaysian Insider) - The Malay Mail, the Kuala Lumpur daily that has seen better days in its 112-year history, will turn into a political afternoon newspaper focused on Pakatan Rakyat-ruled states when relaunched May 5.

Not sure even with the relaunch, that the news will be fairly reported or still bias to the BN government, read the report below for more.
Simpletech is controlled by Ibrahim Mohd Nor while Gabungan is a substantial shareholder of Media Prima, which in turn is a substantial shareholder of NSTP. The group is closely linked to the political party UMNO (United Malays National Organisation). Ibrahim Mohd Nor, a low profile businessman with strong political connections, is also a shareholder of Blue Inc that owns a stable of lifestyle magazines in Malaysia.
